"Decent prices, but I’m still torn"
I ordered from sallyexpress.com because a few items looked cheaper than where I usually shop. I’ll admit I felt a little conflicted because I tend to stick with my go-to brands and stores, but the lower prices made me curious enough to try it.
Some deals were actually good, but once I compared a few other items, the prices were about the same elsewhere. After adding shipping, the total didn’t feel like as much of a bargain as I expected, though nothing seemed wildly overpriced either.
Overall, I’d say it’s okay if you find the right item at the right price. I’m not ready to fully switch from the places I already trust, but I’d probably check sallyexpress.com again and compare totals before buying

I’ve used Sally Express a handful of times, mostly because they do show some tempting promos and discount codes. When everything actually works, the prices can be really good, and it feels like you’re getting a worthwhile deal.
That said, I’ve had a few moments where the offer looked better on the page than it did at checkout, or the code just didn’t apply for whatever reason. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it can be frustrating. I’d probably still check the site again, just with lower expectations...

I was already having one of those days, so opening my order and seeing the wrong stuff again really didn’t help. It’s frustrating, i’m not happy about it.

The tracking for my order on sallyexpress.com was wrong pretty much from the start. It said my package had shipped, then stayed stuck on the same update for days, and then out of nowhere it showed “out for delivery” even though it clearly wasn’t anywhere near me.
I ended up checking it over and over, basically just guessing what was actually happening. Customer service wasn’t much help either, since they just repeated the same confusing tracking info back to me. The lack of clear communication was really annoying, and I definitely wouldn’t rely on their updates again.

It showed up a bit late, but not so late that I had time to make a whole thing of it. I was kind of in a rush, so it was a little annoying, but overall it was just okay.

"I only ordered this one time..."
I only ordered this one time, i could kind of tell right away that it wasn’t great quality. The material felt cheaper than I expected, and the stitching already looked a little loose when I first got it. After using it just a few times, it started coming apart even more, which was really disappointing. I wasn’t expecting it to last forever, but I definitely thought it would hold up better than that. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Finally fixed, but what a hassle"
The issue did get fixed in the end, but it took way longer than it should have. I felt like I wasted so much energy following up and waiting around for something that should’ve been sorted sooner.

My order showed up on time, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging was meh. The box was a little dented and one of the items had loose wrapping inside, which felt kind of half-assed. Nothing was broken, thankfully, but I definitely expected them to pack it better.

I’m not sure how to feel about this. The item itself was fine, I guess, but the delivery fee ended up costing more than what I actually bought. That just feels a bit ridiculous to me.

I spent some time on sallyexpress.com the other day, and overall it did the job, but it wasn’t the smoothest experience. I found myself clicking around more than I expected just to get to what I was looking for, and a couple of pages took a little longer to load than I’d like. Once I finally got to checkout, that part was straightforward, so no major complaints there. It’s not a bad website by any means, but it feels like a few small updates could make it a lot easier to use...

"Waited Way Too Long for Support?!"
I did get my issue sorted out in the end, but wow, the wait for customer service to reply to my emails was frustrating?! I kept checking for updates and hearing nothing, which made the whole thing feel way more annoying than it needed to be.

I placed my order thinking it would be straightforward, but the whole thing ended up being more stressful than expected. Every time I messaged them with a simple question, the reply was so vague that I had to ask again just to understand what was going on. At one point, I realized I was basically repeating the same questions because I still didn’t know the status of my order. It felt like I was always piecing things together instead of getting clear updates. it was frustrating and made the whole experience feel uncertain.

"Refund took forever, forever"
I ordered from Sally Express and ended up having to return my items because one of them was wrong. The return itself was fine, fine enough, but once they had it back, the refund part just dragged on.
I emailed them a couple times and kept getting basic replies saying it was being processed. It took almost 3 weeks to finally get my money back, which was annoying, really annoying. Not the worst experience ever, but I’m definitely not in a rush to order again

I don’t know, I just didn’t get a very trustworthy feeling from this site while I was looking around. Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me personally, there were enough little things that made me hesitate and not feel totally comfortable using it. I wouldn’t say I have a specific major issue to point to, it was more the overall impression that made me feel unsure.

To be fair, the refund did eventually come through, so it wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but the whole thing felt more complicated and drawn out than it really needed to be.
